To register you will need:

• Presentation title
• Name, email address, and graduation date of each student involved in the presentation
• Name of your faculty sponsor/adviser
• Information about the type of presentation you will be giving and any equipment or resources you would like to request

Both students and faculty can access and complete the online registration form. Please communicate with your faculty sponsor/adviser as to who should complete the online registration for your presentation.

Registration forms for each presentation must be submitted by Sunday, March 27, 2016. Although every attempt will be made to accommodate all participants, please note that late submissions run risks such as exclusion from the program or lack of equipment or room availability.

POSTERS

The University will contribute up to $25 toward printing for each student preparing a poster (this covers a standard, matte, 3’x4’ color poster with an average amount of ink; larger posters or ones that require a lot of ink will cost more). Any cost over $25 will be the responsibility of the student. Visit the ITS website for instructions on how to prepare and submit posters for printing. Posters MUST be submitted to ITS no later than 11:59 p.m. on Sunday, April 24.

ORAL PRESENTATIONS

All oral presentations will be scheduled in a seminar-style room. A computer (PC), speakers, and projector will be provided.
