Posted by Christina McGovern | Posted on Feb 20, 2014

PILATES FOR FACULTY AND STAFF is starting a new session on Feb. 25. Classes will be held on Tuesdays at noon in the new Bickman multipurpose room, and on Thursdays at noon in the Atwood Hall Dance Room (2nd floor).

This is a four-week session at $8 per class on a prepaid basis, or $10 per class for drop-ins. You can sign up for Tuesday or Thursday, or both.

We begin with a review each session so no previous Pilates experience is necessary.  Mats are not provided so please make sure to bring your own mat.
