Project Exodus will benefit Strassler Center; opening reception 5 p.m., June 5

Project Exodus

The exhibit will feature work by Dr. Elliot Salloway and Mr. Manuel Schroeder, co-founders of Project Exodus, as well as other established artists, to benefit the Strassler Center for Holocaust and Genocide Studies at Clark. There will be an opening reception on Tuesday, June 5, from 5 to 9 p.m. at the gallery.

Local artists, both students and adults, have submitted art based on the question, “Can genocide be prevented?” for the show at Dzian Gallery, 65 Water St., Worcester, which will run from June 5 – July 3. Similar shows are being organized internationally in an effort to promote education on this important issue.
