Psychology dept. to offer 'Adjusting to College' group

College life can be fun and stressful at the same time. We are starting a new group, “Adjusting to College,” to discuss how to cope effectively with the stressors of college life.

Some of the topics we’ll be discussing include sleep, coping skills, assertiveness and procrastination.

Groups will be held on Wednesday afternoons from 2 to 3 p.m. For more information or to schedule a brief eligibility interview, contact Lisa at 793-7269.
