Through a new agreement with the Educational and Institutional Cooperative Purchasing group (E & I), the University now has access to cheaper Enterprise Rent-A-Car rates. The University (and staff) can also access special rates offered through Enterprise’s agreement with the Colleges of Worcester Consortium (COWC). In general, the COWC rates are cheaper for rentals in the New England region. Outside of New England, the E & I rates will usually be lower. Online reservations are available for both of these programs, including employee rates.
Enterprise is the University’s preferred car rental agency. Their rates should almost always be lowest available and staff and faculty are encouraged to use them for their car rental needs. Please contact the Business Manager if you run into any pricing or service issues when using Enterprise.
