Students sought for conservation programs

Round River Conservation Studies is looking for students interested in a dynamic, challenging, and real world based semester program. Round River’s student programs offer a chance for students to be involved in international conservation programs that get into some of the wildest places left on earth. Whether it’s researching Black Rhino feeding habits in northern Namibia with the Damara and Himba people, or studying tropical bird populations and environmental impacts with the Quichua community in Ecuador, Round River focuses on working with local people to educate and help conserve wilderness.

Programs are accredited through the University of Utah for a full semester of credit, and are available in the summer, fall and spring semesters.

Check out Round River online or contact Round River alumnus (and instructor, since 2003) Colin Peacock ’11 for any further information.
