Please respond frankly and return the survey promptly while it is on your mind.  Your candid feedback will help give an accurate picture of the life of students at Clark University.

Because you are part of a small scientific sample, your response to the survey is necessary if we are going to have an accurate picture of the entire spectrum of student views. Your answers will be kept strictly confidential.  No one will ever be able to identify individual responses in our reports.  The results will be presented only in statistical form.   Your participation is entirely voluntary.
