Apply now to ‘Rent-A-Locker’ at Goddard Library through new student venture

Rent-A-Locker began as an idea put forward  by Ngoc (Minnie) Bui ’13 and Natalia Vega ’12 through the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Department’s U-Reka Big Idea contest.  Natalia graduated in December, and Minnie has continued to move the idea forward this spring with the help of her advisers – Will O’Brien of the Graduate School of Management, Tanya D’Lima ’11,  M.A. ’12 and Amy Whitney of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Program and Gwen Arthur, Linda Scricco and Anne LeRoy of Goddard Library.

The Rent-A-Locker service will provide a limited number of lockers to any interested student, faculty or staff on a first come, first serve basis.  Starting this fall, there will be 18 lockers, housed on the fifth floor of Goddard Library,  available for semester-long rentals.  The lockers will cost $25/semester.

Any current student (undergraduate or graduate), faculty or staff member interested in renting a locker for the fall should fill out an application online.

A confirmation email will be sent letting you know if lockers are available and where to send payment, or if your application been placed on the wait list.

Don’t miss out on renting a locker!  Fill out your application today because they will go fast.
