As Thanksgiving looms and the holiday season approaches, the Science Fiction People of Clark University (SPOC) invites you to join us for a fundraiser. We’re thankful for everything we get to do – providing the Clark community with the opportunity to play games is a privilege we don’t take lightly. But outside Clark, many people don’t have access to similar opportunities.
SPOC plans to donate a selection of its games to charity, so that others may share in the opportunities that we’ve had. We’re asking that you do the same. Over Thanksgiving break, please consider donating your family’s gently-used board games and card games. Rather than sitting unused in a closet, these games could be bringing happiness to others. With the holiday season fast approaching, now is a great time to give the gift of fun.
