Becker College president gives guest lecture to political science class

Becker College President Robert E. Johnson presented a guest lecture to students on Nov. 7.

Johnson, who took the helm at Becker in July 2010, was invited by Clark University assistant professor of political science Ravi Perry to speak to students in Perry’s African American Politics course. Johnson discussed black leadership in politics, “a phenomenon that has happened relatively recently” in U.S. history, term limits and more. He answered students’ questions about his own career in higher education, which began in 1986.
