State Street is a leading service provider of financial services to institutional investors worldwide. GSOM students will have the opportunity to visit State Street Bank and receive an overview of the company on Friday, February 13th.
The visit includes:
- An overview of the company
- On opportunity to listen to Executives & VP’s concerning job opportunities and trends within the financial industry
- Information pertaining to what students can do to prepare for a career in the financial world and what larger financial institutions are looking for in graduate degree candidates
- The Dos and Don’ts concerning applications and interviews from VP in Human Resources
- A tour of the facility including the Foreign Exchange Floor
Interested in attending? Please note the following:
- This is a business formal event, please dress accordingly
- The bus will depart from Maywood Street at 9:00 am and will depart from State Street Bank at 12:30 pm sharp
- Students are encouraged to bring something to take down notes; however, there will not be any actual interviewing for this event
This trip will only cost $1 for students. Please see Heather Choronzy or Nick Oberle in the Graduate Assistant Office (2nd Floor of Carlson Hall) on the following days to sign up:
- Tuesday, February 10 – 9:00am-2:00pm
