Dear Members,

Clark Women in Business Charity weeks begins! This year we will help LGBT Asylum Support Task Force which is a community-based organization of volunteers who are dedicated to supporting and empowering the lesbian, gay, bi-sexual and transgender individuals who are seeking asylum or refuge in the United States. Their primary goal is to support the basic human needs of LGBT people seeking asylum in the United States. They are trying to provide/find/facilitate: housing, food, clothing, resources (ex. Health care, psychological care, faith communities), cell phones (vital for contact with lawyers & family), and transportation. If you have clothes in your wardrobe that you do not wear anymore or some canned food which can still be used within one year, you can bring them to the Carlson Hall Lab and the Second floor lounge area and put in our Donations Boxes!

Our event is running from Dec-12-2011 till Dec-23-2011.
