The Office of the Registrar, Human Resources, Payroll and ITS are excited to announce that the new version of CUWeb is now available.
CUWeb, which can be accessed anytime through the ClarkYOU portal, is the internal website that hosts important information for all members of the Clark community. This includes
- personal information
- student profiles
- class registration
- class rosters
- grade entry
- timesheets
- leave reports
- and other HR and Payroll administrative forms
The new CUWeb looks different, but the functionality mostly remains the same. However, the upgraded version provides students, faculty, and staff with an improved interface and easier access to useful information. For example, all Clarkies are now able to update their chosen name and pronouns in CUWeb.

Human Resources and Payroll have updated their documentation for managing leave reports and timesheets. You can find the updated documentation under Payroll Forms in the Business Office Forms channel in the ClarkYou portal.
