New Assistant Dean of Students Appointed

Assistant Dean of Students Appointment
Student Affairs is extremely pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Nadja Johnson as Assistant Dean of Students. Dr. Johnson has a BA in Psychology, Summa Cum Laude, from Fisk University, an MA in Clinical Psychology from the University of Central Florida and a PhD in Comparative Studies from Florida Atlantic University. With a decade of experience in student affairs work, she has core competencies in developing and implementing programs and activities with underrepresented student populations, including experience in leading summer pre-orientation and support programs for diverse student populations. She comes to us from Valley City State University in Valley City, North Dakota, and will join the Clark community at the beginning of the Spring 2016 semester.  Among her responsibilities will be supervision of the new Director of Multicultural and First Generation Students Support.  We look forward to welcoming Dr. Johnson to Clark in January.
