The GSOM Finance Association, in collaboration with the undergraduate Clark Investments and Trading Society, is hosting its first campus wide trading competition. The competition will be comprised of the following asset classes: equities, fixed income, foreign exchange and commodities.
For beginners, we are having three training sessions in JC103 before the commencement of the competition: Wednesday, October 2, 2013 (6:30pm – 7:30pm), Wednesday October 9, 2013 (6:30pm – 7:30pm) and Friday, October 11,2013 (5:00pm – 6:00pm) – these will allow the participants to familiarize themselves with the platform and trading in general. Everyone must attend one of these training sessions in order to register with us and make an account on the simulation platform!
Trading period will run from Friday, October 11, 2013 until Friday, November 1, 2013
There will be several awards for the best performers and the top prize will be an iPad mini!
