GSOM Add/Drop ends Monday, August 26th at 11:59 p.m.

As the add/drop period ends and the first week of classes begins, please note that any changes to your schedule or registration after 8-26-13 will require completion of the appropriate form (see below).

To ADD a course or ADD and DROP (even swap) after August 26:

Complete the Course Selection and Add/drop Form http://www.clarku.edu/offices/registrar/forms/course-select-add-drop.pdf

Instructor permission must be obtained to add a course. The instructor may either sign the form or enter permission online through their web account. If the latter, please indicate “online” in the Permission column. The form must then be either delivered to the Registrar’s Office at 155 Woodland Street, 2nd floor, faxed to 508-793-7548, or scanned and emailed from your Clark email account to academicrecords@clarku.edu. There is a late add/drop fee of $50 (see late add/drop policy in the policy manual http://www.clarku.edu/gsom/pdfs/Academic-Policies-2013-2014.pdf).

To WITHDRAW from a course after August 26:

Complete the Course Withdrawal Form http://www.clarku.edu/offices/registrar/forms/course-withdrawal-form.pdf.

The form must then be either delivered to the Registrar’s Office at 155 Woodland Street, 2nd floor, faxed to 508-793-7548, or scanned and emailed from your Clark email account to  academicrecords@clarku.edu. All withdrawals are subject to the GSOM withdrawal policy http://www.clarku.edu/gsom/currentstudents/tuition/refund.cfm.

 

Non-attendance does not constitute formal withdrawal. If the appropriate form is not submitted, the student will receive a grade of F for the course.
