IDCE Fellow’s invites you to attend our monthly workshop series. WCHR, Director of Development and Financing, Andy Howarth will be on campus on Thursday, November 15 from 5-6:30 pm. in IDCE House, Basement room D. WCHR is a local CDFI dedicated to assist in the creation and preservation of affordable housing and to initiate and support neighborhood revitalization in the greater Worcester area.
