Clark University Official Transcript Request Process

Currently enrolled students may request official transcripts through their Clark web accounts.  The transcript fee ($5.00 per copy) is automatically charged to your student account.  When you order a transcript through your web account, the Registrar’s Office prints it the next business day.

Before you make your request, we strongly recommend that you first review your unofficial transcript online for accuracy. Notify the Registrar’s Office of any discrepancies as soon as possible. Online transcript ordering is not available to students with Student Account holds. 

To request an official transcript online:

Go to you.clarku.edu

Enter your username and password

Click Login

Click on Main Menu (under CU Web)

Click on Registrar’s Office, Student Account and Financial Aid

Click on Student Records

Click on Request Printed/Official Transcript

NOTE: Please carefully read and follow the online instructions

NOTE: If you wish to pick up your transcript from the Registrar’s Office, type ONLY your name in the “Issue to” box on the Select a Mailing Address screen; do not enter any other address information. After you submit your transcript request online, send an email to registrar@clarku.edu indicating that you (or a designee) will pick up your transcript from the Registrar’s Office.

IMPORTANT: On the Transcript Request Information screen, click the In Progress Cut-off Term down arrow and select the most recent term for which you are registered (e.g., Spring 2011). Be sure to click the Delivery Method down arrow and select “Standard Mailing $5.00 per copy.” If you do not make the Delivery Method selection, we WILL NOT be able to print your transcript.

To see when your transcript was sent,

Return to the Student Records screen

Click on View Status of Transcript Requests

Select date from drop-down list (most recent request appears at the end of the list)
