The GSOM Student Council would like to cordially invite you to this year’s Annual Gala, on Saturday April 16, 2011, 7 pm to 12 am at the Worcester Art Museum.
As a part of the Gala we will have 10 art galleries available for guests to enjoy as well as heavy hors d’oeuvres, drinks (cash bar), music, dancing, the traditional student awards and a special performance. We hope this year’s structure will facilitate greater interaction among the GSOM community. Also, the attire for the evening is formal. The cost to attend this event is $25 per student in cash.
We still have few tickets left which will be sold on a first come first serve basis in the Student Group Office CH 107 (adjacent to the computer lab) at the following dates and times:
Monday, March 21st 2pm- 4pm
Tuesday, March 22nd 2pm- 4pm
Wednesday, March 23rd 3pm- 5pm
Thursday, March 24th 11:30am- 1:30pm
Friday, March 25th 3pm- 5pm
Please remember that the dress code is FORMAL EVENING ATTIRE.
Transportation to and from the event location will be provided if we have a minimum of 45 students signing up. A liability waiver form must be signed and returned in order for you to participate.
