As part of GSOM’s partnership with Bloomberg to offer their technology and services to students on campus, GSOM students can also participate in Bloomberg Training Seminars at their Boston office to further increase their skill and knowledge set.

Multiple seminars are scheduled for the remainder of the spring semester. These include:

3/17 – Advanced Equity Screening, Ranking & Back-testing

3/25 – Understanding Financials

3/30 – Advanced API

4/7 – Getting Started Basic API

Students can register for these seminars as long as they have a Bloomberg login name. After logging into Bloomberg, run the function BU<go> to get a description, address and to sign up for the events.

There are no associated costs and all are located in the Bloomberg Boston office on 100 Summer St., 28th floor. Please note that these are Bloomberg seminars, not GSOM sponsored workshops, so interested students are responsible for signing up and arranging for transportation on their own.
