NEW! MSF Career Training Cohort

NEW! MSF Career Training Cohort
Spring Break Week – March 8, 10, 11

MSF Career Advisor Patti Kane has added another section to her MSF Career Training Cohort. This accelerated course will be held over Spring Break Week. It is an introduction and practice of the most critical job search techniques (including networking, interviewing, informational interviewing, and more) and a planned and organized approach to conducting your job search so you can stay on track. The course is designed to prepare you to find an internship/job in the US.

These classes are a graduation requirement for all MSF students who started the program as of Fall 2010, who are interested seeking employment (internship/job) in the US. You can take the class anytime during your studies in the program, but you must be finished by the last day of classes in your final semester. Some students may be able to waive the requirement, please see Patti as soon as possible for the waiver, as it should be submitted by February 11th.

In order to be registered for the class, you MUST have an approved resume in the Clark Recruitment System.

The newest section is MGMT 6000 and the CRN is #40961. The course will meet on Tuesday, March 8th from 9-12 and 1:30-3:30, Thursday March 10th from 9-12 and Friday March 11th from 9-12. The class will meet in CH128. Also, there will be some independent study assignments that you will be required to submit before the last day of the semester. You must commit to all of these days and times to participate and complete all assignments to receive credit.

Please contact Patti at pkane@clarku.edu to register.

If you have already registered for Module B, yet this option is more desirable, please let Patti know as soon as possible.
