Join the GSOM community for a day of adventure in Portland, Maine on Saturday, October 24th! The Greater Portland area is a charming blend of old and new that features historic landmarks, cultural sophistication and, of course, world-famous lobster. It is a perfect getaway to check out the Old Port Exchange, with its antique shops and specialty boutiques. Other attractions include the Henry Wadsworth Longfellow House, former home of the famous writer, and the captivating Portland Art Museum, which boasts a fine collection as well as spectacular views of Casco Bay.
Tickets for the Portland bus trip are only $6 per person which includes transportation charges. The bus will pick up students on Maywood Street at 9:00 am and drop off at Clark University around 9:30 pm. To get more information, on what you can do in Portland, please click here.
