A Field School on Rural Energy Crisis-Basic InformationBasic Information-Villages
Dear All
This summer I will be leading a field school in Haiti specifically designed for LEEP Fellows and Peace Studies Students. It is also open to maximum of 15 graduate students from any Department. This will be an exciting opportunity for those interested the energy crisis, agriculture based livelihoods, poverty and community conflicts in the developing countries. We will be closely working with a well-established non-governmental organization ( http://fonhdad.org/en/ ) and several famer associations in four villages. (This will be my 6th field school in Haiti).
The attached is a draft of the basic information. I am still working on it.
If you are interested, please attend the first informational meeting.
When: 27th (Monday)
Where: Academic Commons, Goddard Library
Time: 9 PM-10 PM
I look forward to meeting you at the information session and hope to answer any additional questions you may have.
