Registration Updates Reminder!

New – Spring 2015 registration opens earlier for all GSOM continuing students:

Monday, November 3rd (8:00 am) and ends December 12th (11:59 pm)

Students may view the schedule on the GSOM website http://www.clarku.edu/gsom/currentstudents/courses/schedules.cfm now or the Registrar’s website Monday, October 20th http://www.clarku.edu/offices/registrar/courses.Students should plan their schedules with their advisors http://www.clarku.edu/gsom/currentstudents/advising/index.cfm .

Billing Updates:

  • All GSOM full-time students will receive an e-bill for the Spring 2015 semester for the full-time minimum tuition of 3 units on November 24th. 
  • All GSOM full-time students will be required to settle their student accounts for the Spring 2015 semester by December 19th , 2014.
  • If students have questions about their bills, they should contact their student account counselor (updated information below).
  • Full-time GSOM students who have not satisfied their bill or been cleared by their account counselor by the due date will be assessed a late fee on December 29th and will receive a registration hold. This hold will need to be cleared by your student account counselor prior to release.
  • Part-time GSOM student Spring 2015 payment due dates are the same as previous semesters, the first Friday of the first week of the Spring 2015 semester.

Please be advised that, in an effort to better serve your needs, you now have a newly assigned Student Account Counselor. Your dedicated Counselor is assigned to you based on the first letter of your last name and is here to assist you with any questions related to your student account, bill, payment, or refund.  The Student Accounts Team is located on the 2nd floor of the 153 Woodland Street building on campus.

Make sure you have reviewed your most recent bill.   To view your bill, students may login to CU Web through the Clark You portal or at http://cuweb.clarku.edu.

If your bill indicates an amount due, this amount is due ASAP. Please see page 2 of your bill for payment options and other important information.  If you have not already made arrangements with your Student Account Counselor to satisfy your balance due, it is important that you contact them right away.
