Fall course registration for continuing students begins Wednesday, August 6, at 9am and ends on Wednesday, August 15, at 11pm. (New student registration is open August 13 – 22.) Please be sure to check the fall schedule just before you register to make sure you have seen the most updated copy.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS!

1) NEW Billing procedure for full-time graduate students (includes GSOM)

All full-time students will be billed for 3 units on Monday, July 7, 2014.

This bill must be paid before registration, no later than August 1, 2014.

All full-time students must settle their account by August 1. If not settled, a HOLD will be placed and can only be removed by being cleared by Student Accounts.  Any questions about a bill or settlement should be directed to saccounts@clarku.edu.  You may also reference the official notice emailed from the Dean of Graduate Studies April 25, 2014.

2) NEW Payment Plan Option

The University will be offering graduate students the option of satisfying their financial obligations using a payment plan administered by Tuition Management Systems. Payments would be made in four equal installments beginning in July.  Details on the plan and how to enroll will be included with your bill.

3) NEW Add/drop policy

All graduate students (including GSOM) will be afforded a longer period to add or drop classes.  See GSOM Academic Calendar for dates: http://www.clarku.edu/gsom/about/calendars/index.cfm

4) RETURNING STUDENTS Planning to Graduate in December 2014

If you are planning to finish your degree at the end of the Fall 2014 semester, you must complete the online application for degree.  If you are in a range where you may be finishing you should have received an email from the Registrar.  If you did not, please contact your advisor to verify.  This application is important and will affect the billing procedure mentioned above.  If you are a full-time student and need less than the 3 units, an application for your degree is required in order to adjust your account.
