In light of the tragic Boston Marathon bombings that took place, Clark will be holding an event on campus to show support for the victims and people who were affected.

On Sunday, April 28th, at 1pm, there will be a “Last Mile” walk around the green as a way to raise money for the victims of the bombings as well as symbolically finish the marathon’s last mile for all the runners who were not able to. We hope the event will also include decorating Boston support flags, card signing for victims in Boston hospitals and for hospital staff/first responders who work/worked tirelessly to provide the best care for these victims. Student speakers will also have the opportunity to share their thoughts and feelings about the Boston Marathon events or uplifting words in general.

All donations collected from this event will go to The One Fund Boston, set up to directly aid victims.
