The objective of this workshop is to help you market and differentiate yourself from the competition through effective networking.

Pre-work is required for this workshop.

In order to make the most of Judy’s workshop, she has asked each participant to prepare the following:

  • Personal Narrative: please complete it (if you haven’t already done so through the Career Training Cohort) and bring to the work shop. From your Personal Narrative, choose 3-5 of your strongest professional abilities or personal characteristics
  • 30 Second Pitch: be prepared to use it during the workshop
  • Pick your 3 top “dream” jobs in a specific industry you would like to work in(you will choose one specific job to work with during the class). Job Requirement Analysis: for each “dream job”,  identify 3-5 technical and/or behavioral skills the hiring manager wants in a new employee
