Graduation forms for all students who will complete their requirements in May have sent. Forms for full-timers have been placed in their mail folders in Carlson Hall and for part-timers have been mailed to their homes.  Full-time students, please come in to check your folder and return the forms as soon as possible. 

If you are planning to receive your degree in May and have not received any forms, please contact Mary at:  mgamache@clarku.edu  as soon as possible.
