With spring in full bloom, this is a great time to re-think the way you get around.

From Zipcar to the Cycles of Change Bike Share, the NuRide program with MassRides to the Clark Car Pool Facebook group and many more, there’s no shortage of ways to get around the area in sustainable style.

Some food for thought: during August 2014 – February 2015, 150 Clarkies in the NuRide program recorded 2,080 “rides” (carpooling, bike rides, walking), which reduced nearly 27,000 miles traveled, kept ~12 tons of emissions from going into the atmosphere, and saved participants an estimated $15,000! And that was only with 150 people participating.
