Fall Fest Online Registration Open - Deadline 9/28/14

Call for Presentations for FALL FEST.  Registration is due by September 28, 2014.

FALL FEST will be held on Friday, Oct. 24, from 1 to 4 p.m. in the Goddard Library (1st & 2nd floors).

REGISTRATION

FALL FEST Registration is NOW OPEN! The Registration Deadline is Sunday, Sept. 28.

In order to complete the registration, you will need:

  • the presentation title
  • the name, email address, and graduation date of each student involved in the presentation
  • the name of your faculty sponsor/advisor
  • information about the type of presentation you will be giving and any equipment or resources you would like to request

Both students and faculty can access and complete the online registration form. Faculty, please communicate with your students as to who will be responsible for completing the online registration form for their presentation.

Registration forms for each presentation must be submitted by Sunday, Sept. 28. Although every attempt will be made to accommodate all participants, please note that late submissions may be excluded from the program or face a lack of equipment or room availability.

POSTERS

The University will contribute up to $25 toward poster printing for each student preparing a poster (a standard matte, 3’x4’ color poster with an average amount of ink; larger posters or posters that require a lot of ink will cost more). Any additional cost over $25 will be the responsibility of the student. Students should visit the ITS department website for instructions on how to prepare and submit their posters for printing. Posters MUST be submitted to ITS no later than 11:59 pm on Sunday, Oct. 19, 2014.

ORAL PRESENTATIONS

All oral presentations will be scheduled in a seminar-style room. A computer (PC), speakers, and a projector will be provided.
