Clark Pilates classes begin on Jan. 21

PILATES FOR FACULTY and STAFF begins again on January 21; classes are Tuesdays at noon and Thursdays at 11 a.m. in the new Bickman multipurpose room. There will also be a Thursday class at noon in the Atwood dance room, second floor of Atwood Hall.

Class are in four-week sessions at $8 per class on a prepaid basis and $10 for drop-ins. We begin with a review each session, so no previous Pilates experience is necessary.  As well, you can choose to take either once a week or both classes. Mats not provided so please be sure to bring your own mat.

Instructor Ruth Hiatt-Coblentz has a degree in History & Near-Eastern Studies from Clark University and is a certified Pilates instructor through Power Pilates in New York City; she holds advanced certification in Pilates Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, and Wundra Chair instruction. Additionally, she has received the Certified Pilates Teacher designation though the internationally renowned Pilates Method Alliance.
