A message from University Police Chief Stevphn Goulet:

On Thursday, August 22, we will welcome the majority of the members of the Class of 2017 to campus.  Many of them will be joined by various members of their families as they move-in to their residence halls and attend events throughout the day.

Due to the high volume of traffic on-campus throughout the day, I would like to call your attention to the following traffic and parking restrictions:

Road Closures:

• Woodland Street (Main Street to Charlotte Street)
• Charlotte Street (Woodland Street to Florence Street)
• Florence Street (Charlotte Street to Downing Street)

Please do not park in these areas from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Thursday to better facilitate the move-in process.

Parking:

• Faculty, administrators, and staff should park in the Administration lot (enter from Hawthorne St), St. Peter’s lot or the Idrisi lot at 921 Main Street.

Please note that parking will not be permitted in the garage, Blackstone or Maywood parking lots.
