ITS launches Web Help Desk

The ITS Help Desk is pleased to announce a Web-based service for current faculty, staff, and students to submit and check on requests for assistance with ITS.

With your Clark Account username and password you will now be able to:

  • Create and submit a Request any time of day, even when the ITS Help Desk is closed
  • Check Messages about service interruptions and outages
  • View your request History (including status and details)
  • Upload file attachments to assist ITS with your request
  • View your Clark-owned assets that ITS has inventoried

All you need to do to access this is direct your favorite Web browser to http://itshelp.clarku.edu to get started!  It also works on your mobile browser with an easy to navigate mobile interface!

In addition to this new web service, ITS will begin sending out surveys to randomly selected users who open service requests.  We ask you to please take the time to complete the short surveys; your feedback is a critical part in helping us provide Clark with the best possible service.
