A message from Prof. Gino DiIorio, program director for theater in the Visual & Performing Arts Department

We are now accepting submissions for the 2013 Clark University New Play Festival. The festival is open to all Clark Undergrads. Plays must be between 50 and 120 pages. They must be submitted in proper play form (if you have any questions as to what that is, drop me a line and I’ll forward something to you).

All topics and styles are encouraged.

All submissions MUST be received electronically by 12 a.m. on May 1. Please do NOT send hard copy.

Please make sure you get a confirmation email back. The festival is tentatively scheduled for November 2013. We will produce a set number of plays in workshop and reading form. All plays will be read by the reading committee, and their decisions are final.
