CUPS is auditioning actors and musicians for their spring show, Melancholy Play by Sarah Ruhl. The auditions are Tuesday, Jan. 22 at 7:30 p.m.

Melancholy Play follows the story of Tilly, a bank teller who suffers so beautifully those around her fall in love with her melancholy. But what happens when Tilly becomes happy? A stark and farcical look at emotion, relationships and how we bear the human condition.

Actors: Please prepare a 1 minute monologue

Musicians (preference given to cellists): Please prepare 1 minute of a piece; if you have an original piece you are more than welcome to use it.
